Dress and makeup regulation are according to the WDSF Competition rules.
OPEN class competitors must follow WDSF Competition rules regarding allowed figures (e.g. both feet of the ground with the support of the partner - not allowed)

ENTRY FEE - REGISTRATION FEE
- max fee is 150 euro which means that even if combined fee of all categories you choose to participate in one day is more then 150 euro, you can only be charged only 150 euro (plus extra fee per category depending upon time of registration)
WDSF European Championship ShowDance Standard - 50 euro
WDSF categories (couple) -70 euro (plus extra fee depending upon time of registration)
WDSF categories (solo) - 30 euro (plus extra fee depending upon time of registration)
DSE categories - 50 euro (plus extra fee depending upon time of registration)
CDSF CLASS categories - 15 euro per person (SPECIAL RULE: Entries after November 25th will not be accepted due to rules of the Croatian DanceSport Federation)
TICKETS
DIAMOND PASS ticket - 90 euro
PLATINUM PASS ticket - 30 euro
GOLD PASS ticket Saturday - 50 euro
GOLD PASS ticket Sunday - 50 euro
SILVER PASS ticket Saturday - 20 euro
SILVER PASS ticket Sunday - 20 euro
COACH/TRAINER ticket per day - 20 euro
CDSF COACHES & TRAINERS ticket - according to the rules of Croatian DanceSport Federation
GOLD PASS ticket includes: seat at the table, snacks and drinks at the table. For one day.
SILVER PASS ticket includes: possibility to enter the hall in audience sector with no guaranteed or reserves seat. However, we are confident that there will be seats available in this sector.
DIAMOND PASS ticket is the same as GOLD PASS ticket valid for two days.
PLATINUM PASS ticket is the same as SILVER PASS ticket but valid for two days.
COACH/TRAINER ticket is the tickets for official teachers of registered couples. Due to law in Croatia, parents are not able to buy COACH/TRAINER ticket, however if purchased by the club or national federation which confirms the status of the COACH/TRAINER it is possible to purchase the ticket.

We highly recommend preordering tickets since number of tables is limited.
In case you lose your bracelet, Organizer can not provide you with another. So we strongly recommend that you wear your bracelet at all times.
TRANSFER
- transfer 10 euro per person in one direction (plus extra fee depending upon time of registration)
We highly recommend that you pickup your start numbers and tickets you ordered and paid online on Friday at the checkin desk in the official hotel (soon) from 18.00 to 22.00. We will avoid crowding in the hall.
IMPORTANT! There is no possibility of money return in case of cancellation of registration to the competition or tickets, under any circumstances. Registration fee or entry fee is not transferable to another couple or person.
Transfers
Transfers are organized from Zagreb Airport (Dr. Franjo Tuđman) to the official hotel.

Price per person in one direction is 10 euro. (plus extra fee depending upon time of registration)
Please, be aware of different conditions for late booking.
Transfer is confirmed only after receiving payment. Money for transfer is non refundable and non transferable to any person under any circumstances.

Rules and regulations
All competitors must accept the following rules if they want to participate. By registering and paying the registration fee you agree to the following rules:
1. You are competing on your own responsibility. Organizer has no obligation to competitors in any way.
2. Organizer is not responsible for personal belongings of any participant such as competitors, coaches, audience etc.
3. All registrations and bookings are accepted only after payment is processed.
4. Entry after November 25th is not possible for CDSF categories due to Croatian DanceSport rules.
5. Date of payment is the date that is taken in consideration when determining the time of registration.
6. Only athletes, coaches, trainers and sport related personnel (e.g. physiotherapist) can enter the changing rooms, and similar "only athletes" areas due to law of Republic of Croatia. Club or national federation can purchase tickets with possibility to enter mentioned areas by which they confirm your status of person who, by Croatian law, has right to enter "athletes only" area.
7. Heel protectors are mandatory. Without heel protectors it is not possible to enter the floor and you will be denied to participate at the competition without refund for registration fee and tickets.
8. Organizer has no responsibility (financial or any other) to the participants or any person or legal entity if event is cancelled in cases that are beyond control of the organizer (e.g. COVID lockdown, natural disasters etc.)
9. Organizer has no responsibility (financial or any other) to the participants who are unable to enter the country due to government regulations (e.g. refusal of VISA, etc.)
10. All participants state that they have valid sport medical certificate according to the law.
